Key Responsibilities\n

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages active participation in the recovery process.

• Monitor clients' progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs and goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse group of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
