Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and facilitate connections to appropriate community-based services.

• Develop detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients, implementing evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including patient medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care.

• Work effectively in a crisis-driven environment, utilizing your knowledge of mental health conditions, addiction issues, trauma, and domestic violence to provide immediate and long-term solutions.

• Educate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on clients’ psychosocial stressors, promoting a holistic approach to mental health care that fosters positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor at Evergreen Mental Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• Strong experience in providing counseling services, with a demonstrable commitment to working with diverse populations and varying mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service delivery or familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies is highly desirable.

• A background in crisis intervention and experience working within multi-disciplinary teams is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
