Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and craft tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental health improvement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support trauma processing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients develop effective coping strategies and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for all patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during traumatic emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
