Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilizing electronic medical records to meticulously document patient progress, update treatment goals, and track the effectiveness of interventions.

• Providing clients and families with information and referrals to additional financial and social resources as needed.
\n
• Ensuring participation and engagement in regular team meetings to discuss case management and professional development.
\n
• Maintaining adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies in all client interactions.

• Consistently managing a full caseload to provide timely and effective support to all clients.
\n
• Maintaining a current Oregon Driver’s License and CPR and First Aid Certification.

Your role will primarily involve working with young clients, including children and adolescents, who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) enabling you to practice without supervision.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in handling a high-volume caseload.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

Compensation and Benefits\n
