Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to address clients' mental health needs.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring each treatment plan is personalized and client-centered.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and bereavement support, assisting clients through difficult times with empathy and understanding.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care and coordinate referrals to additional services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues, emphasizing a holistic approach to care that considers the client's overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid mental health counseling license such as LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent applicable to the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills to manage case documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
