This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions and connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on fostering positive mental health outcomes for clients.

• Utilize assessment tools and diagnostic criteria to effectively identify and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, based on thorough psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Coordinate supportive services, crisis intervention, and bereavement support as needed to assist clients through difficult transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a wide range of challenges. This could include anxiety, depression, PTSD, family issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions. Every interaction will be focused on creating a safe, trusting relationship that encourages clients to engage openly in their healing process and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies and patient care.

• A valid state license to practice as a counselor (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or an equivalent license).

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The licensed mental health counselor position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
