Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnose patient conditions using established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Formulate individualized treatment plans that ensure cultural competence and meet the diverse needs of the patient population.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress consistently, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions as needed to achieve desired mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols using digital technologies.

• Engage collaboratively with patients and their families to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans that encompass their goals and preferred outcomes.

Qualifications\n
