Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths, leading to the development of individualized, strengths-based treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions to meet diverse client needs.

• Facilitate care coordination by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic support, including referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, adhering to Medi-Cal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to remain current with best practices in the field.

• Advocate for clients as needed and provide crisis intervention support, empowering them to navigate their social systems effectively.

This role centers on serving a diverse clientele, including trauma survivors, adolescents, and adults facing co-occurring disorders and individuals from marginalized communities. Your ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients from varied backgrounds will be key in helping them work through complex life challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in good standing in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, or related behavioral health settings is required.

• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with case management practices are essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practices, and culturally-responsive therapy is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
