Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks to support our clients, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering individual and group counseling sessions tailored to specific issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life phases.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions, fostering open communication and resolution among family members in crisis.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress towards established treatment goals, adjusting methods and strategies as necessary.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring appropriate resources are directed to their immediate needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and clinical notes, utilizing our management software to promote seamless continuity of care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including those facing mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and various life transitions such as relationship conflicts, divorce, and grief. Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
