Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses when necessary, and continuously evaluate patients’ mental health status using tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create tailored care plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in your therapeutic interventions, constantly measuring outcomes and making adjustments to optimize patient health and support.

• Prepare, maintain, and securely manage all required clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards and department guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop and refine comprehensive treatment plans that align with the individual’s needs and desired goals.

• Proactively anticipate and address patient safety concerns and symptom management, while providing ongoing support and education to facilitate recovery.

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers, ensuring continuity of care.

• Mentor and provide educational support to students, interns, residents, and volunteers, contributing to the growth of future mental health professionals.

• Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaboration under the guidance of clinical supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
