Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, collecting vital information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment decisions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, tailoring sessions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• Utilize therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to effect change in clients' lives.

• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic and coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to identify immediate needs and develop appropriate safety plans where necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups that foster community and shared learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
