Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines for various mental health diagnoses while providing therapy, supportive counseling, and education tailored to individual client needs.

• Employing a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy to address emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.
