Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine developmental needs for children with disabilities or delays.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes consistently, reporting back to families and stakeholders to ensure quality care.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote a positive developmental trajectory.
\n
• Provide ongoing education and support to families pertaining to their child's development and additional resources available to them.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to encourage skill development within children's everyday experiences.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
\n
• Adapt interventions that accommodate various learning styles and family dynamics for optimal treatment customization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with children from birth to three years old, often with developmental disabilities or delays. Our efforts are aimed at enhancing their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will provide crucial support to families, helping them navigate the complexities of early intervention services while ensuring optimal outcomes for their children.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.

• Demonstrate excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
