Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).

• Monitor and document outcomes and progress in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Support families by providing them with information, skills, and strategies that promote their child’s developmental progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and follow Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Engage with clients through coaching and natural environment teaching methodologies.

• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to foster a healthy and positive working relationship.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain the health and safety of those we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who are facing challenges due to disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families to enhance the child's growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the most formative years of life.
