Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)

• Monitor and evaluate developmental outcomes, collaborating with a team of specialists

• Provide ongoing support and resources to families that empower them to facilitate their child's development

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create customized treatment strategies that align with family goals

• Administer assessments and maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards

• Foster rapport with families and children, creating a nurturing and responsive learning environment

• Implement strategies that incorporate Natural Learning Environment Practices through coaching and direct support

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes work with children from birth to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your efforts will directly contribute to children's cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skill development. By working closely with families, you’ll be helping them navigate essential early intervention processes and connect with the resources needed for optimal child development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work

• Active LCSW licensure as mandated by the Department of Public Health
