Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a holistic role that encompasses a variety of clinical responsibilities, ensuring personalized care for each patient. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns and developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Implementing a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific patient needs and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and the professional standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to deliver coordinated care.

Qualifications\n
