Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their psychosocial needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring each family's unique needs are addressed.

• Monitor and assess client progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team approach.

• Provide direct support and counseling to families, facilitating communication and understanding among all family members.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to mental health practice and confidentiality of client information.

• Develop strong rapport with clients and their families, fostering a supportive atmosphere and encouraging open dialogue about their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n
