Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients in both office and community settings, providing assessments, therapy, and support to those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate screenings; coordinate more detailed assessments as necessary to better understand client needs.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that incorporate services from various providers and support networks.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the presenting issues and client requests.
\n
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, intervening as necessary to stabilize client situations and connect them to appropriate resources.
\n
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative efforts to improve service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
\n
• Carry a manageable caseload, monitor client progress, and ensure timely access to care and treatment services during all stages of client engagement.

In this role, you will primarily serve clients in under-resourced communities who face an array of mental health and emotional challenges, often exacerbated by social determinants of health. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (MSW preferred); current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health practice, particularly within community health settings.

• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for various mental health conditions, along with strong crisis management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
