Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients experiencing significant mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that address client needs while collaborating with families and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

• Engage in the assessment process through brief, evidence-based screenings, determining if further evaluations are needed, and coordinating such assessments.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that all interventions remain focused on the clients' presenting problems and requested services.

• Engage in crisis intervention where necessary, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings and committees dedicated to improving agency service delivery and overall quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
