Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using virtual platforms to ensure clients receive immediate support in managing their mental health and substance use issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Implement evidence-based interventions to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and facilitate recovery, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

• Advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving realistic personal goals, while navigating systems of care to secure necessary resources.

• Document client interactions and progress efficiently, utilizing our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Engage in regular consultations with other health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population served in this role includes individuals seeking help with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse array of clients, including those at various stages of recovery, from early intervention to post-detox support. Your expertise will help clients navigate their recovery journey while providing a safe space for expression and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• Candidacy for this position requires a valid LCSW license, free of any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
