Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate patients’ mental health status, identifying their strengths, challenges, and specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support individuals in their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to design and deliver a cohesive treatment plan for optimal patient care.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and medication management, ensuring clarity and understanding of the recovery process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities and a strength-based approach to promote healing.

• Develop and regularly reassess treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, incorporating client goals, preferences, and feedback.

• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, providing advocacy for their rights and needs to ensure equitable access to care.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings geared toward preparing clients for successful transitions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
