Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths, challenges, and unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including personalized approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to ensure optimized and coordinated care for each patient.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and symptom management to empower informed decision-making.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing best-practice modalities to enhance patient engagement and recovery.

• Work closely with the treatment team to develop and update individualized treatment plans that reflect patient goals and preferences, promoting a person-centered care approach.
