Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in a clinical office context and within the community.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring continuity of care through regular follow-ups and communications.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including screening and evaluation of mental health symptoms, and coordinate more detailed assessments when required.

• Participate actively in team meetings and interdisciplinary committees focused on improving service delivery and quality of care.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring consistent client support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
