Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain an understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client, including clearly defined goals and effective interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and create safety plans as necessary to mitigate potential harm to clients.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation reflecting client progress and treatment strategies in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, contributing to a community of support and mutual growth among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who are in the process of detoxification from substances, including alcohol, opioids, and other drugs, many of whom may also struggle with concurrent mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. Empathy and understanding will be vital as you guide these individuals through their most vulnerable moments toward lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with substance use clients, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience or specialized training in addictions counseling and trauma-informed care will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 50,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
