Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all treatment strategies align for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily targets clients undergoing detoxification and those with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will work closely with individuals seeking new paths toward recovery, helping them to build resilience and coping strategies as they navigate potentially challenging circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
