Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs, identifying their unique strengths and challenges.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's developmental needs and family preferences.
\n
• Monitor and document the progress of each child, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to adjust interventions as necessary.
\n
• Provide education and resources to families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to support their child's development effectively.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices within the framework of Natural Learning Environment Practices to create effective learning opportunities for children.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members, creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations concerning social work practices and ensure the safety and health of both employees and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, within the first critical three years of their lives. Your work will significantly impact families facing challenges in accessing necessary resources and support during this vital period. As a vital member of our team, you will help navigate the intricacies of early intervention services, driving better outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW).

• Licensed by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A valid driver’s license is needed for various family visits and community engagements.

• Proficient in adapting therapeutic techniques to accommodate the varying learning styles of children and meet individualized treatment needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
