This role is primarily remote, catering to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse groups, fulfilling the emotional and mental well-being needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Conducting detailed client interviews to collect social, personal, and environmental insights and identifying health-related factors influencing their mental health.

• Assessing individual cases and formulating appropriate treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs.

• Coordinating and planning programs tailored to support clients' emotional and social well-being.

• Implementing cognitive and behavioral health interventions, including crisis management and referrals to external resources, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Building trusting therapeutic relationships rooted in respect and empathy with clients.

• Monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans based on ongoing assessment findings.

• Maintaining an organized documentation system in accordance with established protocols to reflect accurate service delivery.

• Managing an appropriate caseload, ensuring timely updates to client records, and maintaining clear communication regarding treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on providing support to clients dealing with serious health issues in a hospice context. You will work primarily with patients facing end-of-life care, offering counseling for grief, loss, and transition challenges, as well as with their families as they navigate these emotional waters. Qualifications\n
