Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that review clients' mental health histories, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans that delineate specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary treatment teams that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated overall care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing client knowledge and coping strategies.

Your work will primarily involve diverse clients seeking assistance for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
