Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Providing evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing and maintaining personalized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals for client progress.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote community support and shared experiences.

• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as required.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
