• Manage client referrals efficiently, filling your practice with in-network clients while UpLift handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, payment processing, and claims.

• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and progress while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in client confidentiality and security.

• Conduct initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that target clients' specific goals and challenges, revising these plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention when required and communicate effectively with clients to address their dynamic needs, ensuring a compassionate approach to care.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices, contributing to clinical discussions and team meetings focused on enhancing our service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
