Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sondermind, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy addressing a wide range of mental health concerns for clients of all ages.

• Utilize a professional billing service that manages claims, client and insurance accounts receivable, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on your clients.

• Maintain an organized schedule and ensure timely documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions.

• Promote effective client outcomes by conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with team members to enhance therapeutic approaches and share resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, along with performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
