Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sondermind, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across diverse demographics and age ranges, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Maintaining all documentation and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Utilizing a comprehensive billing service to manage client accounts, facilitate claims, and organize payment plans efficiently.

• Scheduling ongoing client appointments and maintaining an organized calendar that accommodates client needs and preferences.

• Demonstrating flexibility and an ability to handle a variety of clinical presentations, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad range of clients, from children to adults, many of whom are navigating significant life challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
