Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and design individualized care plans tailored to each person's unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to facilitate mental health improvements and provide effective support.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and comprehensively, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Work collaboratively with psychotherapists, nurses, and other medical professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and physical health concerns.

• Provide clients and their families with necessary mental health resources, coping strategies, and tools to promote ongoing mental wellness.

• Stay abreast of emerging therapies and integrate best practices into your treatment methods to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, those facing chronic mental health challenges, and families seeking support during difficult times. Your work will significantly impact their healing journey, particularly within our detox center, where clients require empathetic and tailored care as they navigate their recovery paths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• Strong ability to work under pressure in a high-volume clinical setting while maintaining a high standard of care.

• Demonstrated independent thinking and resourceful problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience, with a preference for backgrounds in addiction treatment or mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
