Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish customized care plans that address individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment and support measurable health outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical guidelines are strictly followed.

• Collaborate with medical, psychological, and social work specialists to provide coordinated care for clients, discussing treatment strategies and sharing relevant insights during team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals from various socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n
