Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, offering professionals the opportunity to engage with clients in a school environment from the comfort of their own homes. You will collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive and coordinated care experience for students. Flexibility is built into our schedule with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while fulfilling your commitment to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to compliance standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and outside support services, to enhance the overall care and outcomes for students.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to students and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and available support systems.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health best practices to integrate new knowledge into your work seamlessly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to express their concerns while facilitating open communication between students, their families, and school personnel.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, along with a valid California LCSW license.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients, their families, and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload effectively, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
