This remote position allows for flexible working conditions while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will connect with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, and tackle various mental health issues. You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other life stressors, ensuring they receive the support necessary to navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution along with a valid and active LCSW license in the state of California.

• Strong commitment to providing compassionate and culturally competent care to clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for telehealth services and clinical documentation, ensuring seamless remote care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred, although candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply as long as they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
