Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and mental health services to clients in hospice care, focusing on both psychological well-being and emotional support.

• Develop customized care plans by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to identify client needs and ensure access to appropriate resources and services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings, arrange for detailed assessments when necessary, and ensure timely intervention for clients exhibiting significant changes in mental health.

• Carry and manage a caseload, offering individual, group, and family therapy aimed at empowering clients and facilitating recovery.

• Assist in crisis interventions as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing support to clients and families in acute distress.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring adherence to discharge criteria and adjusting service plans according to changing needs.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually.
