Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client social, emotional, and environmental challenges, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families navigating significant life changes, crises, or personal struggles.

• Deliver crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Partner with other community agencies and organizations to coordinate services, advocate for clients, and address systemic barriers.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous staff training to enhance skills and foster team cohesion.

You will primarily work with individuals and families from marginalized communities facing a spectrum of social challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 60,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
