Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being closely integrated with our outpatient office services. You will benefit from a structured support system that promotes work-life balance, enabling you to focus on client well-being while enjoying a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, without evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to promote effective therapy.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, ensure treatment effectiveness, and adjust plans as necessary, including scheduled discharge processes when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate tailored, person-centered treatment plans that directly address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gain comprehensive insights into clients’ mental health statuses, strengths, and areas needing improvement.

• Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Engage in individual supervision for professional development and to refine counseling methodologies based on feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and enhance client support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will encounter a range of client concerns, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your ability to provide empathetic, evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be critical in fostering positive outcomes for individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varied experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid, unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation as required by state regulations.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
