Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:

• Facilitating communication between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders to monitor and report on individual progress.

• Implementing and monitoring adherence to comprehensive program plans, ensuring that care strategies are executed efficiently and meet the outlined goals.

• Completing detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to document developments and adaptations in client care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
