Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Refresh Minds Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Many clients may have limited access to care, and your role will be crucial in providing support and treatment for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to empathize and build rapport with clients will be essential in fostering their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Must hold a current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating a solid background in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
