Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their unique challenges and goals.

• Develop individualized therapy plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions designed to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
