Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, facilitating discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client according to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health histories and current challenges.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of each client.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on personal practice and seek guidance as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status.

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with RMS systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms like Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing your empathy and clinical skills.

• Comfort and proficiency in completing intake assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirements for this position are specified, we value additional qualifications such as experience in trauma-informed care, familiarity with specific therapeutic frameworks (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and previous work with specific populations (children, LGBTQIA+ clients, etc.). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a collaborative approach to teamwork, are also highly desirable traits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent on experience and credentials. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clients are taken care of without delay.
