Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments as required.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for each client, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive professional guidance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Calm Composure Counseling, we serve a diverse population of adults, children, and families, each facing varying levels of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
\n
• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient with technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within a collaborative healthcare team and familiarity with a fee-for-service revenue model will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Clinicians will benefit from a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring prompt compensation for services rendered. Additional benefits include:
