Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to a varied client base that includes children, families, and adults facing an array of challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, unrestricted and independent.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using computers and experience with software such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our organization. Our fee-for-service model incentivizes performance, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections to ensure you receive timely compensation. Additional bonuses are available based on your commitment and success, further enhancing your financial award.
