Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Document clients’ session notes and progress in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to determine clients' needs and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapies and innovative techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to further professional development and clinical competencies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and coordinate services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. As an LPC at Calm Reflections, you will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, and other emotional difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in assisting them to develop coping mechanisms, enhance emotional resilience, and pursue personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

• At least one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting after graduation is required.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records, Microsoft Excel, and RMS systems.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
\n
• Comfort and competence in conducting thorough intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n
