Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic methods, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to collaborate on comprehensive care plans that address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records while adhering to legal standards and ethical practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated on current mental health research and emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, treating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is primarily on individuals and families who experience barriers to accessing traditional therapeutic services, ensuring that all clients receive quality care regardless of their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical context.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Our compensation package also includes:
