Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research through ongoing professional development and training workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Demonstrating empathy and understanding, you will guide clients through their recovery journeys, enabling them to achieve personal wellness and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, establishing rapport effectively with a variety of client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
