Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

• Facilitating ongoing communication with family members, guardians, and other relevant stakeholders to keep them informed about client progress and treatment modifications.

• Participating actively in monthly and quarterly interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and collaborate on care strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based counseling interventions through various modalities including individual, group, and family sessions, adaptable to the unique backgrounds and presenting issues of each client.

• Arranging and performing home visits as necessary for in-home observations and therapy to meet client requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with our EMR systems, ensuring accessibility to fellow team members who may require pertinent information.

• Collecting and analyzing data on client progress, generating detailed reports that reflect efficacy and inform clinical practice.

• Providing training and supervision to new and existing staff on program plans and best practices in client documentation and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, attending to various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet these unique needs, ensuring each client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is greatly preferred.
