Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Norton, you will primarily work with clients who have limited access to mental health services. This includes individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational conflicts. Your role will be integral in fostering a safe space for these clients, enabling them to express their concerns and work towards healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
